Postage
All orders are sent 1st Class Recorded unless it is a priority order or Special Delivery is requested.
All Jewellery - £1.50
Hair Accessories - £2.00
Tiaras - £3.00 per tiara for up to 2 tiaras. Any more than 2 are charged at £1.50 per tiara.

Packaging
All tiaras and hair accessories are wrapped in acid free tissue paper and placed in a strong gift box (with the exception of HP8 which will be packaged like jewellery.)
To keep costs down to a minimum I do not provide gift boxes for separate jewellery items. Each piece of jewellery is packaged separately in a zip lock bag and sent in jiffy bags. I can however gift box jewellery upon request for a small cost if this is required.

Returns
When ordering any piece please make sure it is the right choice for you. As most pieces are made to the customers personal requirements; colours, beads etc..I cannot accept returns should you decide it's just not right for you or you change your mind. I try to give as much advice about the style of headdress or jewellery that will suit your hair/dress or overall theme as I can. I give as much detail as I can about each design in terms of size, suitable colours etc. and offer images of the piece on real brides which hopefully allows the customer to see what things look like in situ.
If an item arrives damaged or it is not as you asked for please notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. We can then discuss offering a replacement or a refund. Items must be returned to me within 3 days of receipt and in the condition they arrived in. Returns must be sent Special Delivery, the cost of which will be refunded. Items may not be returned in this instance if your wedding date has lapsed.

Dispatch Times
During quieter months of Sept - April orders are estimated to take approx 4 weeks. During the busier months of May - August orders can take up to 6 weeks. So if you are having a Spring/Summer wedding it is best to place your order sooner rather than later.

Rush Orders
If you need your order urgently, we do operate a couple of options.
1 Week Priority Order
Your order will be with you within 1 week of receiving payment. This incurs a fee of £10 on top of the order total.

2 Week Priority Order
Your order will be with you within 2 weeks of receiving payment. This incurs a small fee of £5 on top of the order total.

If you require either of these services please email or call first to check stock of supplies required. Both services must also be sent via Special Next Day Delivery.

Payment
You can pay via Credit or Debit card as soon as you have submitted your shopping basket via PayPal. You do not need to be registered with PayPal, simply enter your card details into the secure server. You will then be asked if you wish to register with PayPal (highly recommended if you shop online) or you can choose to leave the PayPal website.
You can also pay with cheque or postal order. Please make payable to 'The Jewel Factory'. If sending Postal Orders it is advisable to send via 1st Class Recorded Delivery. Our postal address can be found on the 'Contact Us' page. Alternatively you can transfer funds via your bank either in person, by phone or online. Please email for our account details.

Catalogue
As I am predominantly a mail order business I do not produce a printed catalogue of my designs as they can all be found on the website along with descriptions and prices.

Discounts
Throughout the year I have various offers on. I offer a continuous discount of 5% off if ordering 2 tiaras and 10% if ordering 3 or more tiaras. This offer is for tiaras only.
